Refund & Cancellation Policy
At New Life Immigration Assistance, we are committed to providing professional

Service Fees

fees and other third-party expenses are separate unless otherwise stated.
Refund Policy
Because our services involve time, consultation, document preparation, and
administrative work, fees for services already performed are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered if:

A client changes their mind after work has started.
Government processing times are longer than expected.

Appointment Cancellations
Clients should provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to reschedule an

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in a cancellation
fee or forfeiture of any deposit.
Government Decisions

Client Responsibilities

No Guarantee
The client understands that New Life Immigration Assistance cannot guarantee
approval of any application or petition, nor can it guarantee processing times or
immigration outcomes.
Fees
Service fees are separate from government filling fees.
Payment is due according to the agreed payment schedule.
Confidentiality
